THE TWO GROUPS AFTER THE MILLENNIUM

We gain more insight from Revelation 22:1-2...

" And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.

In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manners of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations".

So many questions can be raised: how come 12 months are mentioned when we are supposed to be in eternity mode? How can one tree be on either side of the river of life?

Some questions cannot be answered using human logic.

But here are some deductions:

1. The leaves for the healing of the nations also would be for the natural saints living in the renewed earth. The glorified saints in the New Jerusalem certainly would not need healing! The leaves would preserve the natural man's life forever.

2. The word for " healing" mentioned in Revelation 22 is not the same word Isaiah used in Isaiah 53:5, " with His stripes we are healed." Rather, the word here means  "preservation", i.e. natural man's life would be preserved forever!

Abba Father, all the above ruminations are not easy to comprehend. We know if Adam had not sinned, he would not die as You had physically created him to live forever. The natural man would multiply and replenish the earth just as Adam and his seed would have done if not for sin. They would marry and have children and repopulate the planet.
