WILL THERE BE EARTHLY SORROW AND GRIEF IN HEAVEN?

In Revelation 21:4, John tells us that one day God " will wipe away every tear from their eyes; they will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away."

Incredibly there are no tears in heaven not even tears of happiness!

David said in Psalm 56:8, " You have taken account of my wanderings; put my tears in Your bottle. Are they not in Your book?". God is very aware of our tears and fears, and one day He will wipe them all away.

What we experience on earth is real, but what we experience in heaven will also be real.

Abba Father, the grief and sorrow that we experience is real and natural - but they are only temporary. For heaven will be a place where:

1. There is no more pain,

2. There is no more suffering,

3. There are no more hardships,

4. There are no more tears, and

5. There is no more death.

Those who long for heaven should realise that our trials will soon be over. Paul tells us not to  "grieve as do the rest who have no hope " (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 ). Heaven means healing, hope, and home.
