THE ONE NEW MAN IN CHRIST ( Part 1 )

Paul revealed a secret that God had kept to Himself.

" That the Gentiles should be fellow-heirs, and of the same body, and partakers of His promise in Christ by the gospel" 

(Ephesians  3:6 ).

This revelation of new equality between believing Jews and Gentiles ( non-Jews ) was a bitter pill for most Jews to swallow. For they considered themselves to be God's favourites.  Now God was bringing Jews and Gentiles together in a new body that ignored the special privileges the Jews had enjoyed for some thousand years. This entirely new body corporate is one which Jews and Gentiles would be added on equal terms.

They would all be one body, it's head is Christ and its members made up of all believers.

Abba Father, the One New Man in Christ was a mystery once hidden throughout the ages but is now revealed through Your servant Paul. Jews and Gentiles are all one in Him - all washed by His Blood, all partakers of the same Spirit of life, and all equally dependent on Him and on one another.
