THE TRIBULATION OF SEVEN YEARS
Where do we begin?
We will begin with the Tribulation.
According to the Book of Revelation, the Tribulation Period will last 7 years. There will be three and a half good years followed by three and a half bad years.
1. During these 7 years, the antichrist be revealed and he will start his reign of terror on earth. Millions will die because of his deceit and their own willfulness.
2. Satan will back the antichrist and reveal his true vile character during these 7 years. As a result, one-quarter of the world's population will die when the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse make their deadly appearance. One-third of the survivors will then be slaughtered by an Oriental army numbering 200 million ( soldiers, robots, or drones? ).
In short, nearly one-half of the world's population will be destroyed by the horsemen, plagues, the vast armies from the East, and at the final Battle of Armageddon.
Added up, two billion people will die in the 7 years of Tribulation!
John described this terrible carnage in graphic terms - as if the blood will run like rivers up to the horses' bridles ( Rev 14:20 ).
Some believe that the Church will be raptured or caught away with Christ before the 7 years of Tribulation begin.
Abba Father, many today still put off their decision for Christ. They think this account to be a religious fairy-tale to scare others to accept Christ. Yet You who promised the reality of Heaven also promised the reality of Hell. For without Jesus, no matter how well we may have lived, hell awaits. The Tribulation is only a sample of what hell will be like for all eternity. Indeed it is time to be truly hidden in Christ.
